Her approach blends low-risk clinical care with deep respect for the emotional and nervous system experience of pregnancy, birth, adoption, and postpartum. She is committed to practicing with integrity, cultural humility, and reverence for the families she serves.

Has been the primary facilitator for individual and group breathwork sessions, providing sessions to more than 500 hundred individuals, with extensive experience supporting groups and individuals in the integration of trauma and regulating the nervous system, 2012 - present.

Has been participating and facilitating healing work through traditional Mexican Cosmovision since 2016. Through this time she has learned from female elders in this community. Abuela Bea from El Paso was one of her mentors.

Graduated from The Traditional School of Midwifery in Gainesville in 2007, assisting for 50 births and acting as the primary care practitioner for 50 births under the supervision of her mentors. Sat for the NARM test and received her CPM.

Completed preceptorship with Jennie Joseph in Orlando, Florida, and was trained in the JJ Way®, a method to reduce racial disparity and improve preterm birth outcomes in underserved populations.
