Breathwork in Austin, Texas

I began my personal journey with breathwork nearly 20 years ago. I have been holding space for individuals for the past 9 years and facilitating groups for 14 years.

My role as a breathwork facilitator is to create a sacred, safe space for you to soften, open, and feel deeply. Breathwork can help you connect with the patterns that keep pain in place, including beliefs that hold you back, stress responses that feel automatic, and ways of reenacting difficult experiences.

In this work, healing is not dependent on retelling the story. The invitation is to sense how and where pain, trauma, and protective patterns live in the body, and to explore how they may be connected to spiritual, relational, and generational layers of your experience.

As you find the where and the how, release becomes more available, and real change can begin. You do the work of your healing. I hold the container, offer professional reflection, and support you with consent based guidance.

With your permission, sessions may include somatic exercises, gentle energy work, nature based practices, visualization, flower essences, herbal formulas, and rebozo support.

Individual breathwork sessions take place in a calm and supportive setting and typically last 90 minutes to 2 hours.

Breathwork for pregnancy and postpartum

I offer gentle breathwork for pregnant clients and for those in the postpartum years. Breathwork can be safe in pregnancy when guided with care and adapted to your body. This season asks a lot of the nervous system, and you deserve to be supported.

Is breathwork during pregnancy safe?

Yes—when practiced with gentle, mindful guidance, breathwork during pregnancy can be both safe and deeply supportive. This sacred practice helps you connect with your body, your baby, and your nervous system, offering space to soften, release tension, and prepare both body and mind for labor. When approached with care, breathwork can help you feel grounded, supported, and more present in each stage of your pregnancy.

Benefits of Breathwork

Breathwork can support childbirth preparation, postpartum recovery, parenting integration, and emotional healing…which may include:

  • Childbirth preparation through deeper connection to your body and your baby

  • Bringing fears to the surface so they can be processed and integrated before birth

  • Exploring inherited family patterns and how they shape your parenting

  • Healing of your inner child and shifting the filters through which you experience relationships and life

  • Processing and integrating birth related experiences, including trauma

  • Supporting nervous system regulation for you and your baby

  • Building resilience and flexibility in your perspective as a parent

  • Releasing deeply-rooted subconscious beliefs through embodied experience

  • Supporting hormone balance and recovery from stress-related depletion

  • Strengthening your capacity for will, follow through, and aligned action

  • Deepening body, mind, and spirit connection

  • Supporting spiritual connection and inner guidance

Breathwork with the Rebozo

I also offer breathwork sessions combined with somatic work, using the Rebozo. This can be deeply grounding and supports embodiment, intimacy, and reconnection after major life thresholds. This combination can be supportive for processing body based experiences and reconnecting with your own senses and self intimacy.
