HERBAL CONSULTATION
I am a Licensed Midwife who specializes in traditional holistic care. I am trained as a Clinical Vitalist Herbalist and have worked in women's health for many years.
I also completed a 10 months program in Women's Functional and Integrative Medicine with Dr. Aviva Romm.
I fully believe in our capacity to create balance in our bodies and trust plant allies to support our health. I integrate nutrition as part of what I offer to my clients when they receive a herbal consultation from me.

POSTPARTUM HERBAL EXTENDED CARE
As a Midwife, I know that the conventional 6 weeks postpartum care in our main stream health system is insufficient at best.
My background as a Vitalist Herbalist and my studies in Functional Medicine gives me the skills to support parents for much longer than just the first 6 weeks postpartum. I am here to help you figure out what needs nourished and how, regulate your nervous system, balance your hormones, help with sleep, etc.
I offer a package for you to receive consultations up to two years after the birth of your baby.
6 appointments for $1,050 -
3 appointments for $600, or
individual appointments for $225
Breath work
Virginia has 20 years of experience with breath work as a somatic practice, offering group and individual sessions. Her speciality is holding space for women in many phases of their lives.
